CastQuiz – Terms of Service

Welcome to CastQuiz (“the Service”). By accessing or using CastQuiz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 3 years old to use the Service. By using CastQuiz, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate.
2. Account Registration
Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring your information is accurate and up to date
CastQuiz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Subscription & Payments
CastQuiz offers free and premium features. Premium subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually through third-party payment providers (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store, RevenueCat, Paddle).
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
- Fees are charged in advance
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- All billing is handled by the platform you purchased through
- Refunds must follow the policies of the payment provider
Premium features may include, but are not limited to:
- Creating quizzes from images or external URLs
- Additional quiz customization options
- Access to exclusive content or tools
We may change pricing or subscription features with notice.
4. User Content
Users may create, upload, or share content (“User Content”), including quiz questions, images, and text.
By submitting User Content, you grant CastQuiz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it as needed to operate the Service.
You agree not to submit any content that:
- Violates intellectual property rights
- Contains harmful, illegal, or inappropriate material
- Includes personal data without consent
CastQuiz may remove content that violates these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Service—including software, branding, designs, features, and content—belong to CastQuiz or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service unless allowed by law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Use the Service for fraudulent or harmful purposes
- Circumvent paywalls, security measures, or usage limits
Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.
7. AI-Generated Content
Some features use AI to generate quizzes, questions, images, or other materials.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, and you use it at your own risk.
You are responsible for ensuring the content you publish or share is lawful and appropriate.
8. Third-Party Services
CastQuiz may integrate with third-party services (RevenueCat, Paddle, Google Play, Apple, etc.). Their terms and policies apply when you use their functionality.
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms.
9. Privacy
Use of the Service is also governed by the CastQuiz Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process data. By using the Service, you consent to these practices.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:
- You violate these Terms
- Required by law
- We discontinue the Service
You may stop using the Service at any time. Subscription cancellations must be done through your app-store or payment provider.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of content
- Availability or reliability of the Service
- Error-free or uninterrupted operation
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CastQuiz is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data or profits
- Issues caused by user behavior or third-party services
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the previous 12 months.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
